DIRECTIONS FOR USE：
1.Scoop 10g (approximately 2 level scoops) of the powder and dilute it with a small amount of cool boiled water.
2.Adjust the temperature by adding warm water (around 40°C, approximately 200ml) to suit your preference.
3.Mix well until the powder is fully dissolved for optimal taste. Adults take 1 serve daily.
